When Mindy bakes a batch just for you 😍. Hold up, if you haven’t yet stoped by Mindy’s bakery you should run not walk because there is a bite for everyone from incredible breakfast bites to sweet delights. You simply can’t go wrong. AND, for those who are celiac, there are some special treats tho you may have to order ahead some of them. Thank you Mindy !!

Mindy’s has become a favorite of mine. Their gluten free treats are some of the best I’ve ever had - they put just as much care and creativity into the gf pastries as the normal ones which is rare. The employees also offer to change their gloves when packaging a gluten free order. The gf bagels are divine and I buy them frozen to eat over weeks and they keep super well. It’s also extremely well priced for the quality of the food.
