Minestrone

Very good and very imaginative cuisine. A lot of it is gluten-free and very good. The chef knows exactly what he is doing. An absolute must for anyone who lives gluten-free!

Went to Minestrone for the first time yesterday and what can I say: it's a shame that we only became aware of it now. We haven't eaten as well as last night in a long time - we were completely thrilled. Salvatore and his team cook with so much love and passion, we would have loved to eat our way through the entire menu - and best of all: the menu changes weekly. This is only topped by Anthony, who offers an absolutely brilliant service with his style. We will definitely come back and we can give an unreserved recommendation. P.S. to all those affected by celiac disease, including my wife: minestrone is “gluten-free heaven”. The chef is affected himself and therefore knows perfectly what is important. From the homemade gf baguette rolls to the main courses that are either naturally gluten-free or offered gluten-free, everything was simply amazing.
