We used Ming's for our wedding this past July and were incredibly pleased with their services. We were able to have the food truck on site at our event, which we think was an added bonus to the day! Ming's staff passed around apps during our cocktail hour and then our guests were able to order from a shortlist of options off the truck for their meal. Some of our guests have food restrictions (such as gluten allergies, vegetarians and pescatarians) and Ming's worked with us to craft a menu that met everyone's dietary needs. Regardless of the options, all of the reviews were the same--the food was 10/10. Also, if you are planning to use them for an event, know that Josh will work with you to provide a tasting before you commit to any items. We cannot recommend Ming's enough to our friends and family. Do NOT sleep on them! You will not regret it!
