Went at 11 for lunch. I like creating my own assortment of veggies, meat, ginger, garlic and sauce & having it cooked on the spot! Ensures food is fresh, hot and in accord with my gluten/dairy allergies.
The earlier you go, the fresher the food.
My mom got eggs rolls, garlic green beans...etc (normal Chinese buffet items) and also enjoyed her food.
Soft music, no loud TVs -- you can actually hold a conversation here.
