Minsky's Pizza

Grabbed a pizza after the train and this pizza was awesome. Their gluten free crust is wonderful.

Not bad for Kansas City, but that ain't saying much. Kansas City, for whatever reason is incapable of opening a pizzaria. If a non-gluten crust with fig preserves, goat cheese and kalamata olives is your idea of pizza, then Kansas City is your thing. The best thing I can say about Minsky's is at least they still use a red sauce and mozzarella cheese, even if their pepperoni just tastes like grease
