Minsky's Pizza

I ordered a gluten free pizza due to an allergy, and apparently they manually reenter the orders at this location. Sent me a pizza with original crust, and didn't appear to really care. Why you would offer allergen-friendly food, and then have someone manually override it by entering it into another system is beyond me. I'll stick to the SW Blvd location.

Our organization has hosted three different membership and board of directors' dinners at this location. The numbers ranged from 15 - 75 people and they accommodated everything we requested even shifting us to their secondary space, so we would be more comfortable. We ordered several different pizzas with special dietary needs and all of them received positive reviews from our guests, especially the gluten free crust. They also quickly added food to the order as they saw we were going to run out. There were no delays in making sure everyone was happy and fed. The fact that they don't charge a rental fee makes a HUGE difference when you're a nonprofit org on a tight budget. Alex, the manager, went above and beyond to communicate with me and quickly make any adjustments, so that we had the best experience. I felt like an important customer every time I've been there. Alex is definitely the reason I have chosen to schedule there multiple times. Our servers and bartenders have been great every time too. This time I think Sydney and Ripan were very fast and efficient, as well as polite even with 75 loud and excited party guests asking them for things every few minutes.

I always enjoy Minsky's pizza and they have so many convenient locations now! Their Thai chicken is excellent in addition to their 5 Star Cheese. Specials all throughout the week too. Classic crust is my favorite but their honey wheat still has that good "chew". St. Louis style is good as well and they have all sorts of alternative crust options like gluten free and cauliflower too. Their collaboration pizzas with local BBQ restaurants are amazing so watch out for these limited runs.
