While the spices and curry preparations were commendable, I did observe a somewhat heavy hand with food coloring, particularly in the Veg Chilli Momos and Paneer Butter Masala. The Paneer Biryani was decent; however, I felt that smaller paneer pieces would have integrated more harmoniously with the overall dish. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Sunny. His kindness and candor in offering dietary recommendations were greatly appreciated and truly enhanced the dining experience. Mint's downtown location makes it easily accessible for both business travelers and tourists staying in nearby hotels. Overall, I would recommend giving Mint Indian Restaurant and Lounge a try.
