By far the best Ramen I've had! I tried the vegetarian with gluten free noodles and the flavor was outstanding! My family had a variety of sushi and Ramen and everything was great

Placed a pick up order for vegetable ramen with gluten free noodles and a cup of vegetables on the side. The gluten free noodles stick together and don’t separate but instead break in the broth which ruins the whole point of having ramen. The miso broth and vegetables were good. I paid $6 for a “cup” of vegetables to add to left over miso from ramen dish. The cup was barely half way full. Mirakutei should be ashamed of not providing a full cup as it’s on the menu.
