Delicious, fresh, beautifully decorated retirement party ice cream cake. It was a hit at the party! The gluten free Oreo ice cream pie was fantastic too!

Miis Mindy's is our favorite ice cream shop in NJ. It's owner/ family operated by an owner and family that cares! They have a bunch of delicious flavors that are constantly changing and vegan and gluten free options in both hard ice cream and soft serve. I'm not sure what percentage are homemade but many of the flavors are made by miss Mindy herself! Highly recommend.
