Wow what an amazing spot! Thus is now a must-stop on our drives to visit Olympic National Park. Located just outside of Olympia, the location is convenient and parking is easy. There is a huge selection of keto, vegan, and gluten-free goodies (everything is gluten free, some items are keto or vegan). Given my low carb / keto diet, I wanted to get one of everything because there aren't many keto bakeries around. What I got: - Triple chocolate cake parfait - 5/5 my absolute favorite, would get the cake parfait every time - lemon lavender cupcake - 4/5 I'm not a huge cupcake person so I only tried one and it was great - cheddar biscuits - 4/5 wouldn't mind more savory options in the future - raspberry lemon scone - 3/5 too much lemon for me - chocolate chip cookie - 2/5 did not like, way too sweet Looking forward to trying other items in the future! You can create your own pastry boxes for discounts, it's great. My sister and brother in law enjoyed their non-keto goodies as well! Oh and the service was wonderful :)
