Miss Saigon Pho

Stumbled in by accident and fell in love with this place. Options on the menu are plenty and delicious. The hostess recommended we try spring rolls and even adjusted the ingredients due to dietary restrictions. That was so nice. I asked for coffee with egg yolk (it wasn’t on the menu) and they indulged my craving and made it! That is top notch service 🥰 They could use a bit change in the interior of the restaurant but it might make it too popular and too crowded lol I also ordered the beef With lemongrass and rice. The taste is so clean, with all the flavors working in harmony together. It’s my top recommendation to try. Also Recommend this place to vegans, vegetarians and celiacs. Next time I’ll try the rice wines they have.

I’m so glad I happen to google Pho in the area and was delighted to find a place with great reviews in my area. When we went we were not disappointed!! This place is so authentic and the Pho was sooo delicious it put me right back in Vietnam. We’re so fortunate to have this gem in the area and I would love for them to open a little noodle bar in Beacon’s food hall and restaurant eventually. The only thing that’s missing from the menu are those delicious fried sesame rice balls with the red bean paste inside! Delicious treat that can easily be gluten-free! Atmosphere was good relaxing music, wait staff could be a little warmer and attentive. It’s always ice to be asked how everything is.
