Questionably worthy of bib gourmand status in our opinion. Salsa and guac were quite good, but it's just salsa and guac. The tacos were only okay. If you're going to "deconstruct" them, then more sauce is required and not just the salsa/sour cream that were on the side. It felt lazy and bland. A good taco has an interesting dressing/sauce so that the taco is juicy and full of flavor. While the birria was good (hard to be bad, though, to be honest, as it's seared in butter with melted cheese), the regular tacos (chicken and lamb) were just lacking something and a little dry. The bland corn tortillas (we're gluten free) were dry and too present, with the only moisture coming from added sour cream and salsa. Maybe their flour tortillas are better? Good thing I liked the salsa, but it made the taco experience too similar to the chip appetizer experience. So 50/50 experience: chips and dips + birria, yes, but the other tacos . . . not really.
