Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza Alliance

We visited Mister 01 Extraordinary Pizza in Alliance on a busy Friday night and were pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went. They use a waitlist system with text notifications, and even with a full crowd we only waited about 11 minutes — a great start. From the moment we sat down, the service stood out. Our server shared the history of the restaurant, and they even brought out edible dough for the kids to play with — such a cute touch that kept them entertained. We ordered a gluten-free pepperoni & basil pizza and a gluten-free Hawaiian pizza, and all of us agreed it was the BEST gluten-free pizza we’ve ever had. The crust, the flavor, the size — everything was spot on. Portions were generous, easily sharable between two people, and we only had one slice left. We ate too fast and forgot the pics lol. The only downside for us was the drink situation — canned sodas are $4 with no refills, and options are limited to canned drinks and wine. Next time, we’ll stick with water. We also tried the gluten-free Nutella dessert, but we weren’t fans — the kids mostly scraped the Nutella off the top instead of eating the whole thing. Service throughout the night was excellent; even staff passing by checked on us and made sure we had what we needed. They do have outdoor seating, though the space could be utilized a little better. Still, with pizza this good, we really can’t complain too much. Overall — friendly service, fast seating, and truly exceptional gluten-free pizza. We’ll definitely be back!
