The food was warm. And that kind of sums it up. Positives: they have gluten free pasta Negatives: they don’t know how to cook gluten free pasta. My pasta was so well done it almost became a porridge. Together with a sauce that also didn’t have a lot bite this felt more like a soup than a plate of pasta. To be fair, gluten free pasta takes some effort to get to the right timing, but the same can be said about the normal pasta. My wife ordered the capellini that also got cooked well over the “al dente” point, leaving more of a macaroni/capellini on the plate. For a restaurant that has spaghetti in the name, it sure is unfortunate they don’t know how to cook it properly.
