Misto Bar & Grill

Hello everyone I’ve lived in Cape Coral for 15 years now. My husband and I love great restaurants and we discovered Misto’s Bar and Grille 12 years ago, and frequently dined there. We brought numerous visitors to Mistos as well as friends new to the area,and we have recommended the restaurant throughout the years. Mistos Italian restaurant has now sold twice from the previous owner. The second owner unfortunately lived in the previous owner/chefs shadow and it wasn’t quite up to the challenge of having great food. This time the third owner David and his patner Rocco WOWED us! We didn’t know the restaurant sold again in July because like most of us foodies who dined there it wasn’t a WOW..Well my friends it is now! I had the gnocchi which was gluten free btw it was delicious I chose the vodka sauce with it I haven’t had a sauce this good since I was in Positano, my hubby had the Veal Franchisee OMG it was perfect tender and the sauce was just the right amount of lemon! We chose a Corleone Family Valpolicella it was excellent Dave and his staff were amazing! I could go on and on but really just GO! Welcome back Mistos

Its difficult finding restaurants that are Celiac friendly (not just gluten-free, but ensuring no cross-contamination or using certain ingredients) for my sister and this place was a huge win! Food, service and atmosphere were excellent, will be bringing my family back for sure!
