No exaggeration--these were hands-down the best burgers we've had in Atlanta in ages. Out of the gate, Jess went out of her way to seat us, learn about our dietary needs, ensure gluten-free fries and burger, and going so far as to have Germain in the kitchen fire up the flour-free fryer. Tae the server took time to recommend and help select from the burger options: not too many, just the right range. We ordered the chili burger ("Main"....?) and the "Patty"--gluten-free. Both perfectly prepared and served hot. So tasty. Perfected. The sear and crust were perfect, and the beef is top quality and so tasty. The chili won't win cook-off awards, and not the main event, but was the perfect topping/accompaniment to the burger. The fires--perfecto. Hand cut, perfectly cooked, and served hot. They didn't sit. Will be going back--soon!
