So guttered. Terrible service when I was glutened at this cafe. I requested GF bread with the Devine Tomato stack. When it was delivered to me I was told it was GF. Ate it. Then something clicked. Had the counter staff check the remaining bread and was told it was not the gluten free bread and said she would check my order docket. She did NOT come back after “checking”, did not apologise, did not offer a refund, didn’t come and check if there was anything they could do. I then had to wait in line to find out the outcome of the error and ASK for a refund of my meal and the excuse was “yeah sorry we’re busy” not “sorry that happened”. Absolute lack of care or customer service, I’m really shocked at the lack of communication and knowledge of the staff working.
