Do not eat here if you have food allergies or celiacs! I tried to call them many times before hand to see what ingredients are in their noodles and they didn’t pick up. So I walked in, they offer gluten free noodles but share them in the same boiling pot as the wheat/egg noodles, which is a big no. I asked if they could boil it in a separate pot and they couldn’t do so either. Highly unsafe food practices. I doubt there vegan is safe too. Some things to consider is people might be vegan due to food allergies, not by dietary choice.

Vegan smoked shiitake mushroom ramen is AMAZING! They even had gluten free noodles for me. We're in Bend for a week and this is where we went to dinner our first two nights! Highly recommend!!
