They don't feed celiacs. Even though they appear on the gluten-free lists. It's not true.

So much is brown and processed in Japan. So it was very nice to have their organic salad, and they were able to accommodate my wife's gluten free needs. Our greeter and order taker, Aaron (originally from Michigan) was very helpful. Food was good and prices reasonable for Japan.
