I'm celiac and they had no trouble accomodating me! They gave me a separate iPad for me to order from that marked that I was gluten free, and the staff always told us which dishes were gluten free when they were bringing them to our table. They also had a gluten free soy sauce. Overall, this was a amazing AYCE sushi at a great price ($25.99 per person at lunch).

My go-to place for all-you-can-eat sushi. Lots of gluten-free choices! I always feel safe eating here, as they are very careful with my GF order. The place is really big, so you don't usually have to wait to be seated. The staff is the best, but today we had Vincent helping us - and he is the best of the best!
