I'm celiac and they had no trouble accomodating me! They gave me a separate iPad for me to order from that marked that I was gluten free, and the staff always told us which dishes were gluten free when they were bringing them to our table. They also had a gluten free soy sauce. Overall, this was a amazing AYCE sushi at a great price ($25.99 per person at lunch).

My go-to place for all-you-can-eat sushi. Lots of gluten-free choices! The place is really big, so you don't usually have to wait to be seated. The staff is the best, but today we had Vincent helping us - and he is the best of the best!
