We needed more dessert options in this area, especially a dine in one. This is definitely a great move for Mizzica to open in Midtown and located so close to the subway station too. Mizzica offers a large variety of unique gelato and sorbet flavours that are made in house. I've had pistacchio from Sicily, wildberry cheesecake, Sicilia and mango cheesecake. It's really challenging to pick a favourite as they're all very good. I appreciate they offer dairy free options and gluten free cones as it appears many people are lactose intolerant and have specific dietary restrictions.
I love how they have quite a few tables available for enjoying our desserts indoor. The couple of times I went, the lineup was reasonable with only 4 or 5 people ahead of me on a weekend afternoon. If you want to try Mizzica, the queue situation here is more ideal. I will definitely be back to try their other flavours. They have so many gelato flavours as well as cannoli and cake options, there's definitely something for everybody!
