There is not a dedicated gluten-free fryer. If you are celiac only the cookie is available to you. My donut was delicious. Road in front is under construction.

Great people! Great donuts...they are always eaten...never have left overs. So fresh all the time. Tried the gluten free donut and it was great too....not as good as the fritter though :) worth going even when there is construction.
