Okay so the gluten free pizza taste amazing! It’s getting a 4 star because of how great the crust, seasonings, amount of toppings was all awesome & shockingly so yummy for such a small town.
But if you are celiac, or have a strong allergy or worry about other gluten pizzas touching your pizza, forget it. It is on its own pan, but they use the same pizza cutter and tongs for every pizza. And other pizzas were all over my pizza, as they come out of the oven, they get backed up and pile up touching each other. I saw this happening and asked the girl I put the order in with to try to make sure my pizza doesn’t touch other pizzas. But I know it did. I didn’t eat the crust with my fingers crossed that I didn’t get a reaction.
The orders also take well over 30 mins. So you’re waiting awhile.
They need to fix their processes to make it a little more safe for the gluten free pizzas.
