What a surprise, this little cafe attached to the Dinosaur Museum. While the menu board didn’t say anything about dietary options, the most friendly lady operating the cafe said she had gluten free buns for their burgers. And wow, what a fantastic bun (GF can be dry and terrible) and the burger was amazing, best burger we’ve enjoyed in the USA. Businesses that don’t get on board with dietary needs in any international guest destination are loosing customers big time. I highly recommend, keep up the gluten free buns. 🙏
