I had the Gold Knob Nachos and they were great! I really appreciated that everything on the menu was either gluten free or could be modified to gf. There were no prices on the menu, which I always find odd, but it was nice to see a plant-based food truck.

So good! The only plant based food truck in Moab that offers healthy breakfast items such as smoothies, smoothie bowls, avocado toast, and waffles. They even have savory items like vegan nachos. Very quick and friendly! Everything can be made gluten free too!
