The 2 best days of my life are the day I got married and the day I discovered this bagel. I walked into the Chelsea location midday, facing no line, unaware my entire world was about to change. As a celiac, eating a chewy, salty, PREFECT bagel is like a sensual fever dream. I was literally moaning? It should have been embarrassing, but I was too focused on the toasted everything bagel. Salty, soft in the middle, chewy and crunchy around the edges. The cold cream cheese was tangy and smooth. I sat at the airport and CRIED when it was gone. My dear husband promised to order me more online to stop the tears. My biggest regret in life is not ordering a dozen to go. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE, GET MULTIPLE BAGELS FOR LATER! (I'd add the picture we took of me eating the bagel, but the feral look in my eyes was unflattering.) (It's really hot inside, take the bagel to go and walk as you eat.)
