Food was good, service was not great. My to go toasted bagel took 25 minutes to come out. I have a severe dairy allergy and my order was messed up- they gave me regular cream cheese on my bagel instead of tofu cream cheese like I ordered. I was not offered a refund, just a remake. It is inexplicably frustrating to get contaminated in a space that is for people like me. I no longer have any trust in this company, which is disappointing for me because I had heard about how great it is for those with celiac and dairy allergies. I now have to deal with weeks of symptoms from consuming a single bite of dairy. These allergies are no joke, I have nearly had to go to the hospital several times from my dairy allergy alone. I am VERY disappointed and frustrated.
