I came here because I'm gluten free (celiac) and read some glowing reviews about the gluten free offerings here. While they have gluten free noodles, almost nothing they have can be made gluten free. Almost everything is marinated in soy sauce that has wheat in it, so I got to pick between two menu items, both substituted heavily and without much flavor. I'm sure the food would be good if you can have gluten, but I wouldn't seek it out if you are gluten free as well.
