We stopped here because we understood there were gluten free options for our dining experience. They do have a limited gluten free menu with only on bread selection which should not be a surprise. My gluten free bride orders the BLT sandwich, I had the fiesta breakfast burrito. The BLT was missing the T part of the sandwich. Mt wife did not notice it until she took er first bite. Other than that, she said the sandwich was fine. I was expecting a little for "fiesta" in my burrito. If you are someone that does not care for much spice then this is the burrito for you. It was fine, I was just expecting a tad more spice to it. The staff was friendly and the place was spotless. If you just want to jump off I-70 for a quick bite, this may not be a bad place for you.
