They are flexible with GLUTEN-FREE options! This is our favorite place in Toulouse! The menu is small and rotates often and each time we’ve gone they can make adjustments for gluten-free needs. The food is always so delicious, our waitress (Katya) is so sweet and fun. We always enjoy our time at Molette! And for those that can eat bread, my partner speaks very highly of their homemade bread (not gluten free) that they provide at the table. Highly recommend a visit to Molette.

Very good cuisine, gourmet and authentic. Small improvement to make on the desserts perhaps (gluten-free chocolate cake not very soft or melting).
