Molini Pizza Zug

Great pizzeria, very tasty pizza. Gluten-free options for every pizza. Great service and friendly staff.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our order: - There was no more gluten free pizza, which meant one person couldn't eat anything - I was only informed 45 minutes after ordering that gluten-free pizza could not be delivered - after 60 minutes they said that the pizza was on the way and would be coming soon - after 75 minutes they said again that the pizza was on the way and would come in a few minutes - After 85 minutes the driver called me and it turned out that she was on the specified street in Zug instead of Cham - I then called again to say that I was very dissatisfied and that I had to wait again until the driver drove from Zug to Cham, whereupon I was only told to write an email - When I was concerned that the pizza was now cold, I was told that the pizzas were in an oven in the car, which wasn't true, they were on the passenger seat without a warming bag. - The pizzas, more than 90 minutes after ordering, were therefore no longer really warm. - The gluten-free pizza, which was not delivered but was paid for in advance, would not be refunded to date - I never received a reply to my emails - When I called, they always said that the boss would call me back, but that never happened
