I placed an order with Mom's Place I ended up never getting. It was marked delivered but was not in my mailbox. I tried multiple times to resolve this with USPS (because it was their fault it was lost), with no success. I reached out to Mom's Place and they helped me immediately. I talked to Britany who was very helpful and told me they would likely be able to send a replacement package, but that she would need to check with her manager and get back to me. Within TEN MINUTES, I received an email with tracking information for a new package! This was yesterday and my package was delivered today (Utah local)! I had such a great experience and will definitely be a longtime customer. Even more so considering I have found a place for amazing gluten free supplies! Thank you Mom's Place for being a truly outstanding company!
