You can find ample of Gluten free desert that tastes delicious and melts in your mouth. There is a story to every coffee lattes mix they prepare. One of those is the winter bloom latte. You feel like walking in a garden surrounded by lavender refreshing your soul. The crew team is kind and not only do they remember your name but also your drink and favorite muffin.

Was in the area and stopped by the Monarch Cafe and I am so sad I don’t live closer, I would be a regular! Their seasonal coffee’s are absolutely wonderful. We got the Pecan Latte & Golden (something) Latte, they were amazing! The best part was how many gluten free options they have! They have tons of baked goods that are gluten free and almost all of their menu items can be swapped with a gluten free baguette or wrap! It is so hard to find good gluten free food and this place had it all. Staff was friendly and the vibe was great too. Plenty of seating on a Saturday morning, would highly recommend!

So conflicted writing this review because I love this place BUT the portion sizes of the sandwiches are almost comically small. The gluten free bread is the size of a tiny hot dog bun. I keep going back because I keep hoping the size is a fluke but it’s not. If the price reflected the size it would be less frustrating. I would compare it to ordering a burger and being served a slider. The wrap is even smaller than that. Also the gluten free stuff is more expensive (understood) but to add insult to injury it’s even tinier with less of whatever the sandwich filling is. When I first started going here it was less of an issue but has gotten worse since they made some kind of change in the bread. I desperately want to love it here and the coffee/atmosphere/people are great. Just writing this review in hopes that maybe something changes in the portions/price ratio.
