I never leave reviews. And I absolutely love monicals pizza. Eat there almost once a week with my kids. They have the best gluten free pizza around. But tonight experience was absolutely terrible. I had 6 kids with me to eat pizza after the first day of school. We sat for 35 minutes before anyone even came to greet us and take our drinks. Until I went to get someone. I got there at 6 o clock. Finally get out drinks. We didnt get out food until about 750 after I asked where it was because I had to get all the kids home for school. When the lady informed me, it in fact was ready. Just needed taken out. After everything just to get 10$ off my entire meal? Still spent almost 60$. Now I work in the restaurant industry. I know about being busy. But tonight was completely uncalled for. And should have recieved at least 50% I would think. Sad to say I wont be back for awhile....
