My Mother and I just got off of the phone with the Manager and General Manager. All we wanted to know was when they needed to know how far in advance to prepare a catering order to roughly 160 people for my wedding...we were calling 6 months in advance because we weren't sure how their catering worked. We weren't looking to book a date or anything. They hardly let us ask questions on the phone and the Gen. Manager kept laughing in the background. It was a potential $2800+ that we would have spent on pizza for my wedding in October and they were rude to us and laughed at us on the phone. We just had questions on catering and got laughed at. Not to mention - he made us feel stupid for wanting 20 Gluten Free pizzas.
