I have a low tolerance to gluten and I asked for gluten free. My whole body is in pain if I have gluten, and they gave me the wrong bread.on my.sandwhich regardless. My whole meal was ruined, it caused pain to my whole body and the next few hours of work was hell and I was late to my job.
I told them my issue and they didn't offer me a refund or anything, I had to ask if they had anything to offer ir refund and they gave me some gluten free cake I didn't even eat I was so upset.
Horrible customer service the .manager didn't even care and the 2 new young people just stared at me.like I had no reason to be upset.
Worst Monks I've ever been to. This happened 2 months ago and I still think about what a horrible experience it was
