Great staff, always super friendly and helpful. Delicious food - ribs are gluten free and staff seem pretty good at including celiac diets as well. We’ve had Raj a couple times and he’s a fantastic server! Definitely recommend visiting this location!

Montana's has always been a great pleasure to visit whenever I have the chance to. This is one of the few places where I can say I've experienced the whole gamut of service options from dine-in, online delivery/pickup, and phone-ahead takeaway, and no matter the service method, this location consistently follows through on providing a nice experience. Dining in, it can get very loud if things get packed with a group having a birthday party as was the case with a couple of my dine-in visits, and it's unfortunate that the poor servers HAVE TO SHOUT OVER EVERYONE ELSE to do a birthday announcement as opposed to giving them a microphone hooked up to some speakers. I can also echo all of the other reviews singing the praises of Raj in particular, we had him as our server on a couple of our sit-down visits a while ago and he is quite the energetic gentleman and will make sure you're looked after. But all of the staff here I've interacted with are awesome, they manage to perform very well under pressure as I once witnessed with getting a takeaway that just so happened to be on Valentine's Day a few years back where they were absolutely slammed, and yet our food came out just as excellent as it would've on any other ordinary night. Pickups nowadays have become easier than ever with a dedicated door to walk through on the east side. Although the special instructions fields on 3rd-party platforms like SkipTheDishes/Uber Eats/DoorDash are disabled, if let's say for example you wanted to have something put in its own container (for the celiac crowd) you can always phone in and mention it shortly after you place your order and this Montana's is happy to oblige. If there's any one criticism I have, it's that the amount of seasoning on the fries here can be quite variable from visit to visit, moreso with the takeaway orders. One day it'll be generously applied, another day you may notice barely a speck or two of it. There was only one time where things went seriously wrong with an item going missing and another being cooked to heck on a takeaway, but when I brought it up they made it right and then some. You definitely won't be disappointed going with Montana's, it's a great night out (or in!) for the whole family that consistently provides excellent and very tasty value for money. But if for some reason you are, and hey, nobody's perfect, don't be afraid to bring it up and they'll absolutely fix it.
