I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun and when it arrived I noticed it looked the same as the regular burger we had ordered. I called Moo Burgers to check and the girl on the phone told me the chef made a mistake and its not gluten free. She said it needed to be resolved with the delivery partner and there was nothing she could do even though it was completely Moo Burgers fault and nothing to do with menu log. Staff member was very unhelpful and unsympathetic. I understand you don’t have delivery partners yourself but your staff could have been a lot more helpful and accommodating. Your chef needs to be more careful as had I eaten this burger I would have gotten extremely ill. Very disappointed.
