Impressed by the way they’re using classic Vietnamese flavors and making them interesting. The fruit cart was probably one of the best mocktails I’ve ever had - complex and slightly funky especially with the shrimp salt. The two apps were standout dishes - both the rice cakes with tomatoes and salmon crudo were favorites of the night. The bamboo was well grilled, I don’t normally like menma but this was treated more like a steak. Grilled pork with tri-colored rice was probably one of the most ‘classic tasting’ dishes but in a good way, the char-grilled flavor and sweet-savory sauce with coconut rice was probably the most filling dish we had. The only dish that was disappointing was the quail- the rice wasn’t crispy as advertised and the sausage inside was dry and overcooked. Note that I avoid dairy and gluten and wasn’t able to do the chef’s menu. Service was good if a bit slow, but it was a Friday night. Overall, would go back to try more cocktails/mocktails and get those apps again. Pricey but good for a celebration or special occasion.

Started off with lazing cocktails and the cornbread as a starter. The cornbread was really amazing, a soft dense texture with a sweet flavor. Had the red snapper as a main, a nice portion; the fish was mild and the freeka carried almost all of the flavor. Lots of gluten free and vegetarian small plate options.
