Moonlite Diner

I fell inlove with Moonlite diner. They by far had the best gluten free pancakes in the area (big, fluffy, delicious) even better than regular flour pancakes. However, after several return visits, I noticed that something is off about the gluten free batter, that made the pancakes taste very sour everytime. I complained plenty of times but everytime they would remake the GF pancakes, the new batch tasted sour as well. Not sure what the deal is but the only time I didn't receive the sour tasting GF pancakes was when one supervisor made them for me and they were PERFECT. Apart from that, they're sour everytime. I just stopped going after a while b/c who wants to eat sour tasting panckes...NOT ME.

Love it here! Hungry man breakfast was made with someone like me in mind! I recommend that. My wife is gluten free and these guys have the best gluten free pancakes on the planet! They even grill them with the grill marks and theirs gluten free pancakes are fluffier and look Even better than the regular pancakes. The atmosphere is awesome as well! Had the feel of a 1950's diner. They regularly film TV shows, movies and music videos at this restaurant. They have a huge diverse menu as well.
