Came here to celebrate a dinner and needed something with seafood and great gluten free options. This had both! The seafood options were so plentiful and diverse -- in the course of our meal we had fried calamari, fresh oysters, crab legs, mussels, clams, and scallops, plus my partner had a meaty pasta. The food was fantastic. We also tried several different drinks; they all hit it out of the park. The service was good too (the servers switched around a ton which was weird, but they were all really attentive). And the views -- you can't beat it! Make sure you reserve a specific table/booth ahead of time so you get the best possible view.

My wife has some food allergies including dairy, gluten and specifically something called nightshades. We have a laminated card that explains what to avoid and sometimes equally important what she can have. The waiter called the manager. The manager consulted the head chef who reported back that all they could offer was steamed vegetables. We eat out often especially when traveling and find most restaurants very accommodating and eager to make something work. Typically this is simply using a clean steel pan (as mentioned in the card) for any meat then use the “yes” list of ingredients to season it (salt, black pepper and all the Italian seasonings) along with veggies or a salad. We understand that it was a busy Saturday night but it was a weak effort in our opinion where we we celebrating my birthday weekend. She ended up with a microwaved meal from Safeway. I had a great burger at Nick’s next door. The takeaway is if you have food sensitivity issues you might skip the view and go elsewhere.

This place was AMAZING! Had a gluten free menu and food was cooked to perfection. The coconut prawns were as good as everyone said, I can’t believe they were gluten free. The pineapple dipping sauce almost tasted like applesauce, very good. We had scallops and squash for dinner and I very much enjoyed the sweet taste of the squash purée, it surprised me. This place has an elegant ambiance, lovely piano music and is a date night must if in the area. If you are gluten free you’ll have lots of great food options here.
