Moonshin'hers Café Bistro Inc.

My husband and I were looking for a lunch spot in Edmunston NB. We stopped in at Moonshin’hers. We sat outside on their comfortable patio. Our server Mandy was so friendly and knowledgeable about what was gluten free and dairy free on the menu. Lunch was delicious. My husband enjoyed his chicken wings and I my bunless hamburger. They (or rather they!) found the perfect formula! A “bistronomic” restaurant with an impressive menu that has nothing to envy of those in large centers, while maintaining that personal and inviting approach that one expects to find in a smaller town, like Edmundston. I am simply won over! Absolutely worth trying! Gluten allergy (celiac) respected without diminishing the taste experience. Thank you to the chef and Céline for taking the time to analyze the menu and telling me what I could eat without risk and without distorting the dish. I will come back...often! :)
