Moretti's Elgin

First time ordering from Moretti’s and we had it delivered. We ordered ribs, pan pizza and the gluten free penne. The order arrived in an acceptable timeframe but the pizza appeared to have shifted/fallen, with a lot of the mushrooms off the pizza and sauce soaking the box. After speaking with Sam, he went way above and beyond expectation by not only refunding the cost of the pizza, but also sent out a replacement for us. The pizza is now my favorite over Giordanos which is what I have normally gotten up until now. Moretti’s pizza clearly uses fresher ingredients and the sauce was perfect. The penne and ribs arrived in perfect condition and were both excellent. The ribs were perfectly cooked with the meat easily coming off the bone. Despite the hiccup with the pizza, we will gladly order from Moretti’s again as their menu options look very appealing and we look forward to trying it all out in the future. I recently had the pleasure of ordering a large catering order from Moretti's for my Mother's funeral luncheon, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From placing the order to the delivery and set up, everything was seamless and exceeded my expectations. I was also delighted to find that they had catering options that were suitable for vegetarians and gluten-free individuals. The manager at Moretti's did a great job of assisting me with placing the order. They were attentive, understanding, and made sure that all of my needs were met. The delivery person deserves special recognition as well. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure that the set-up was done well. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service was evident. Now, let's talk about the food. It was absolutely outstanding. The Italian beef, penne, sausage, and salads were all of the highest quality and incredibly delicious. The flavors were authentic, and the portions were generous. Everyone at the luncheon was impressed by the food, and there was not a single complaint. In fact, people were so impressed that they were eager to take leftovers home with them. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Moretti's for making a difficult time a little easier.
