Morgan’s in the desert

So happy I found this place. The fries do not share a fryer! I had the curried cauliflower appetizer and it was delicious. Also had a side of fries and the pork chop (GF/DF).

The back-of-house team, led by Chef Rene, delivered cuisine that was nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish showcased vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients, prepared with remarkable skill. My 8oz USDA Prime Filet Mignon with roasted Brussels sprouts was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and expertly seasoned. My wife’s Sautéed Garlic & Capers Baja Shrimp with Whipped Potatoes was equally outstanding, with succulent shrimp paired beautifully with creamy, gluten-free potatoes. The Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake and Black Forest Tiramisu desserts were flawlessly executed, capping the meal perfectly. Meeting Chef Rene was the highlight, as his passion for Morgan’s rich history and his inspiring journey to becoming Chef de Cuisine brought the evening to life. His dedication to mentoring his team was evident in the back-of-house staff’s exceptional work, which shone through in every bite. The personal connection we made with him was truly special, and we’re thrilled to return .
