The dinner did not start off well. The paper menus were water warped and they, fortunately as it turned out, did not have Coors Lite (OK, yes, I like the taste and it is a mostly gluten-free beer). I ordered Capitan Morgan's spice rum. The server returned five minutes later to say that they did not have that either. I ordered the Kettle Valley Pinot Noir which was very good. I had two glasses (rare for me) and convinced my dining companion to try a glass.
Instead of ordering a meal, we opted for a couple of "starters" We both had the excellent cioppino. I had the Caesar Salad and he the Meat Balls. All were very good.
And a shout out to our Server, Carlene (lean on a car as she quipped). She was charming, funny and, ahem, easy on the eyes.
