The back-of-house team, led by Chef Rene, delivered cuisine that was nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish showcased vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients, prepared with remarkable skill. My 8oz USDA Prime Filet Mignon with roasted Brussels sprouts was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and expertly seasoned. My wife’s Sautéed Garlic & Capers Baja Shrimp with Whipped Potatoes was equally outstanding, with succulent shrimp paired beautifully with creamy, gluten-free potatoes. The Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake and Black Forest Tiramisu desserts were flawlessly executed, capping the meal perfectly.
