Mosaic Cuisine

We had a great time at this restaurant! My family and I came here while staying at the Hilton and my dad has a gluten allergy and dislikes garlic and onion. The chef Armando came to our table, listened to my dad’s concerns and made him a custom meal with plain lemon caper chicken, gluten free fries and a salad. He loved it and ate it all! We all loved our dishes as well and the service was amazing. Our server Manuel was super nice and I would recommend!

This place was NOT good. The three of us all got something different, and no one liked what they ordered. I have a friend with celiac disease, and even though she ordered a GF waffle, they brought her a regular one. We figured out it wasn't GF about five minutes later when the waiter ran out and told her to not eat it because it wasn't GF. They remade her food (which took forever), and they brought her the correct waffle, but the eggs that came with it were practically raw. All their food is mushy, so bland, and just very disappointing. Hotel waffles taste better than these ones.
