Mosaic Cuisine

This place was NOT good. The three of us all got something different, and no one liked what they ordered. I have a friend with celiac disease, and even though she ordered a GF waffle, they brought her a regular one. We figured out it wasn't GF about five minutes later when the waiter ran out and told her to not eat it because it wasn't GF. They remade her food (which took forever), and they brought her the correct waffle, but the eggs that came with it were practically raw. All their food is mushy, so bland, and just very disappointing. Hotel waffles taste better than these ones.

Every time we travel to Northern Virginia, we love stopping at Mosaic, just because it is so welcoming, friendly and so good. Also, they offer gluten free options, which is perfect for my husband, while (not being gluten free myself) I can enjoy the smoked salmon waffle!! And their delicious cocktails! And now we can still enjoy with the outside patio. Good job guys keep it up during this hard time!
