We had the pleasure of eating at Mosaic three times while staying in Uvita. Everything we drank and ate was fabulous but I highly recommend the white wine flight and coconut ceviche to cool off on a hot day. I am gluten free and had a variety of options to choose from and the waitstaff we were kind and helpful to accommodate me. The manager, Elliam, remembered our names and made us feel like family. I can’t wait to return!

One of the best sushi restaurants I’ve been to. Comparable to Dallas and Houston high end sushi restaurants. Atmosphere was lovely and the waitstaff were so friendly and helpful. I have celiac disease and they knew how to accommodate my diet. And they had rolls with multiple layers that were gluten free. They even had Tamari! 😁 We ate there last night. Going back again tonight. It’s that good. Heaven.
