This is the best sushi in Ballard. Shiku next door is more affordable but the menu at Moshi Moshi is very well developed and has things I don't see often, like omurice. They also have a designated gluten-free menu, cool atmosphere, and great service. It is a little pricy though, and I don't visit as often as I would like because of that.

My friend and I came on a Monday night and were able to get seated upstairs without a reservation, which was awesome. Our server, Liz, was phenomenal. I have celiac and she directed us to the last page of the menu which listed all the gluten-free options. It was awesome to have so many options, and truly Liz was the star of the evening with her stellar sushi recs and the best sake we’ve ever had. Thank you Liz! We’ll definitely be back.
