I discovered Mother Dough about 3 weeks ago. Ever since, I have been there non stop! (literally) I am a coeliac and have struggled to find local restaurants with gluten free options. Mother Dough has the most outstanding range of gluten free options i’ve ever encountered including pasta, pizzas, arancini balls, waffles, bruschetta, garlic focaccia, meat balls, gelato- just to name a few! The quality of the food is amazing and i always walk away with a smile on my face- the staff, chef and owners are just AMAZING! They even made me a gluten free chicken parma last week- photo attached :) Super accomodating, and so fun to chat to! I’ve been with my mum, my grandma, my fellow celiac friend and my brothers, and they have all LOVED IT! The Gnocci Al Forno, Lasagne (which i believe they are trialling a gluten free version of soon!!) and the waffles have been a standout amongst us all. As well as the other amazing options which we are still continuously trying! I’ll be coming back on Friday night with my best friend who can’t wait to try the food that i’ve been raving about for weeks as we celebrate completing year 12! I cannot recommend mother dough enough- especially as a coeliac!!
